Return Eligibility Window
You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
To qualify for return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains, odors or pet hair.
All original tags and labels must remain attached.
Products cannot be altered, modified or damaged by customer use.
You must provide your original order number as proof of purchase.
 Note: Worn, washed, stained or missing‑tag items will be sent back to you and will not qualify for a refund.
How To Start A Return
Include your order number, item SKU and brief reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2‑3 business days.
Do NOT send items back without receiving our return authorization. Packages sent without prior approval may not be processed.
International return note: Customers are responsible for outbound return‑shipping fees to send goods back to our facility. Our original worldwide free shipping for delivery does not cover return‑shipping costs, except for defective or wrong‑item orders caused by kelvoxe error. Customers are also liable for any customs fees, duties or import charges incurred on return shipments. We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items due to our mistake:
Contact us within 7 days after delivery, attach clear photos of product, packaging and shipping label.
We will arrange resolution options: replacement, partial credit or full refund.
In these cases, kelvoxe covers the related return‑shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive, inspect and approve your returned goods:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5‑10 business days for us to finish refund processing.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect funds in your account, this delay is outside our control.
Original delivery shipping fees (we offer free worldwide delivery) will not be deducted for eligible refunds.
Exchanges
We support size or color exchanges for T‑Shirts and Tank Tops within the 30‑day return window. You will cover return‑shipping to send back the old item; new replacement item qualifies for our standard free worldwide shipping.
Non‑Refundable Situations
Return request submitted after the 30‑day return window.
Items show signs of wear, washing, stains, missing tags or customer‑caused damage.
Return parcel lost in transit without tracking proof.
Custom‑printed or special promotional final‑sale items (marked as Final Sale on product page).
Customers located in European Union and United Kingdom hold statutory 30‑day withdrawal rights under local consumer law, separate from our 30‑day policy. Your legal rights are not limited by our terms.
